The Challenge: Take the existing Norm mascot and adapt him for use by the business school.
The Process/Solution: I dressed up Norm by giving him a suit jacket and tie, so that he'd now have a professional image whether using the full Norm logo, or partial use in the "Business Niners" concepts.
Below, the existing Norm mascot (at the time) is on the left. The dressed up version with my additions for use by the business college is on the right.
